2 Before work:

two . press Lubrication chart Specify oil filling, and pay attention to the oil change cycle of the oil tank and the cleaning and replacement time of the felt and oil line of each part. 


3、 At work:  

one When starting, run at low speed for three to five minutes to make sure that the lubrication system is smooth and all parts are running normally.  
two It is strictly forbidden to use the equipment beyond the technical specifications. 
three When loading and unloading the workpiece, the safe hoisting method must be selected according to the weight and shape of the workpiece. To light up and down, do not collide with equipment. The workpiece should be clamped firmly.  
four In order to select the tool correctly, it is forbidden to use the blunt tool for grinding.  
five According to the material and size of the workpiece, select the appropriate cutting speed and feed rate. 
six According to the processing length of the workpiece, adjust and clamp the stroke stop iron of the worktable at the selected position. When the stop iron is not used, it should be fastened at both ends of the worktable.  
 
seven When milling through holes or cutting workpieces, the workpieces should be padded and clamped tightly, and the worktable should not be damaged by milling. 
eight The tool installed in the spindle shall be free from taper discrepancy, scratch or unclean cone surface. 
nine The tightening rod of milling cutter shall be tightened, the locking nut shall be tightened, and the tool fixing key shall be tightened. When the cutter head is milling the plane, the number of installed tools shall not be less than two.  
ten Before the headstock moves, the manual oil pump must be pulled and pressed to lubricate the guide rail and nut.  
eleven Before moving a part, it is necessary to check whether the manual clamping mechanism has been loosened (when rotating the milling head, the positioning pin must be pulled out in advance) and the manual sliding cutter should be started to ensure that the lubricating surface, lead screw rack, etc. are clean and well lubricated. At the same time, it is also necessary to check that the moving direction is free of obstacles before driving.  
twelve . do not change speed while the equipment is running. It is forbidden to open the reverse brake milling cutter. It is forbidden to stop the spindle during cutting.  
thirteen During the work, check the fastening condition of the cutting tool and the workpiece frequently, and do not loosen it.  
fourteen . welding and cutting construction on the equipment is prohibited. It is forbidden to knock and straighten the workpiece on the worktable. 
fifteen The operator is not allowed to entrust or leave the equipment in operation.  
sixteen During the work, it is necessary to check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon in each department, and stop the machine immediately to check if any abnormal phenomenon is found.
 
4、 After work:  
one After the milling cutter retreats from the workpiece, all handles shall be placed in the non working position, the side cutter rack shall fall at the bottom end, and the worktable shall be placed in the middle of the guide rail  
two . maintain the equipment according to the maintenance requirements, put the workpieces, tools and accessories in order, wipe the sliding surface and lubricate it.  
three . carry out shift handover according to shift handover system and add shift handover records.
four   Strictly according to the standard production, unqualified products will not leave the factory;
five Special orders and special machine tools shall be produced and accepted in strict accordance with the contract or technical agreement.
six Strictly implement the delivery date stipulated in the contract to ensure the delivery on time.
seven   After receiving the user's notice, if the quality problem of the product is found in the use process forty-eight The maintenance personnel did not make a reply within hours, or did not remove the fault.
