1. X axis: the worktable moves longitudinally along the fixed bed guide rail.

2. Y axis: the milling head slide plate moves reciprocally along the beam guide rail.

3. Z axis: the ram of milling head moves vertically and reciprocally along the slide guide rail.
Z-axis drive: AC frequency conversion motor is used to drive the spindle box to move up and down through the ball screw, and a parallel screw counterweight is added
Guide rail form: plastic sliding composite guide rail, spindle box guide rail adopts high-frequency quenching and then grinding process.
4. Milling head: the main milling head adopts 18.5kw fanaco original spindle motor, and the maximum speed can reach 6000 rpm.
5. Large parts: large parts of machine tool include bed, worktable, column, beam, milling head slide, milling head ram and milling head.
The large parts of the machine tool are made of resin sand, high strength and high quality iron castings. Large workpieces are subject to heat aging treatment, rough machining and secondary tempering to eliminate internal stress; after rough machining, sufficient aging treatment is carried out to eliminate machining residual stress; high speed light cutting is carried out on CNC gantry boring and milling machine by free clamping, so that the machine tool has good rigidity and accuracy retention. |
